General Guidelines
Before returning any product, contact GLAECO for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form. This form includes shipping instructions and a unique return barcode. Returns without an RMA may be rejected.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must verify product compatibility before purchasing or installation. GLAECO is not responsible for parts incorrectly installed or ineligible for their intended use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, tested, or installed parts with PMA, TSO, or STC certification.
- Items with shelf-life limitations (e.g., batteries, oils, paints, hazardous materials).
- Life vests, rafts, aircraft tires, engine mounts.
- Manuals, software, tools, and custom-cut materials.
- Items labeled as “Final Sale” or Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NC/NR).
- Special orders and large equipment (e.g., Ground Power Units, Tugs).
Returns for Used or Refurbished Equipment
Used, refurbished, or serviceable equipment is covered by a 90-day parts warranty unless stated otherwise. Issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt, including photos/videos. Crating fees are non-refundable.
Refund and Restocking Fees
Returns may be eligible for credit or refund within 30 days if:
- Items are unused, in original packaging, and include all components/paperwork.
- A 15% restocking fee applies for returns failing to meet these conditions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to GLAECO’s error.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Items with defects must follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy and be evaluated for repair or replacement.
- Damaged or shorted shipments must be reported within 14 days. Open and inspect all packages upon receipt.
Return Procedure
Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping box (not the product packaging). Ship prepaid and insured to the address provided with your return paperwork.
